KPA Unicon is a project engineering company specializing in heating technology. Our main products are comprehensive boiler plant projects starting with the choice of fuel all the way up to the production of heat and steam. We offer steam boiler plants and hot water boiler plants for district heating and power generating processes.

UNICON-ST STEAM BOILER PLANTS

Unicon-ST boiler plants are on-site assembled boiler plants equipped with water-tube boilers. The main fuels are light or heavy fuel oil or natural gas which make the plant's investment cost low, delivery time short and operation reliable in different load-changing situations.

The plants are for industrial and power generating processes. They are manufactured in a capacity range of 30t/h - 600t/h. In combination plants both water and steam boilers are placed in the same building.

WATER-TUBE STEAM BOILERS

The Unicon-ERK ST boiler is a natural circulation boiler which operates efficiently in many plants and under demanding circumstances. These boilers have a sturdy and simple structure which suits best for power plants and industrial requirements. The boilers are designed and manufactured to be reliable and they need little maintenance. The pressure body is a durable framework. Downcomers, headers and tube walls are welded together forming a gas-tight construction.

UNICON-WT WATER BOILER PLANTS FOR DISTRICT HEATING

Unicon-WT boiler plants are on-site assembled plants equipped with water-tube boilers. Main fuels are light or heavy fuel-oil or natural gas due to which the boiler plant's investment cost is low, delivery time short and operation reliable in different load-changing situations.

The plants are also manufactured as parallel boiler plants with several boilers connected together in a capacity range of 20W-500MW. In combination plants both water and steam boilers are placed in the same building.

Unicon-WT boiler plants are used e.g. for peak loads in district heating, for heating of district heat networks and housing and in industrial processes where hot water is needed. In addition to the boiler Unicon-WT boiler plant deliveries include burner equipment, stack, piping, pumps and water treatment and automation systems.

WATER TUBE BOILERS

The Unicon-WT is a combined water-tube and fire-tube boiler where the furnace and the reversing chamber have a gas tight water-tube membrane structure and the convection part is fire-tube structured.

UNICON-WF WATER BOILER PLANTS FOR HEAT PRODUCTION

UNICON-WF boiler plants are equipped with fire-tube boilers. Fire-tube boilers are usually natural gas or oil fired. The plants are manufactured both in module type transferable and on-site assembled boiler plants in a capacity range of 5W – 120MW.

UNICON-SF STEAM BOILER PLANTS FOR PROSESS AND FOOD INDUSTRIES

UNICON-SF boiler plants are equipped with fire-tube boilers. The plants operate reliably in different load changing situations. Fire-tube boilers are usually natural gas or oil fired. The plants are manufactured both in module type transferable and on-site assembled boiler plants in a capacity range of 7t/h-150t/h.

FIRE-TUBE HOT WATER AND STEAM BOILERS UNICON-DANSTOKER

The Unicon-Danstoker boiler is a 3-pass fire-tube boiler. The operating efficiency of the boilers is designed to be as high as possible. The baasis for the design is that the heat load of the furnace and the velocity of flue gas in the convection part are low. Therefore, combustion in the furnace is complete and e.g. NOx emissions are reduced. Also the pressure loss of the boiler is low.
