KPA Celebrates Commissioning of Three New Boilers

KPA Unicon, the leading project engineering company specializing in heating technology, is proud to announce its participation in the installation of boilers at three major installations.
STORUMAN VÄRME AB, STEAM BOILER, 40 T/H
Commissioning of the pellet dust boiler delivered to Storuman, Sweden started early February 2008. The boiler is a part of a large pellet factory and produces steam for the factory's use.
Tuning of burners started in March 2008.
OULUN ENERGIA, PATENIEMI BOILER PLANT, 40 MW
The boiler plant was delivered to the Oulun Energia on January 16. The plant's emission levels were tested last December and the results were impressive - falling well under the maximum limits allowed.
Currently the plant is on stand-by, having not gone operational due to the exceptionally warm winter.
MÄNTSÄLÄN SÄHKÖ, 2 x 9.5 MW
The boiler plant delivered to Mäntsälän Sähkö early 2007 has been in operation for over a year.
The plant is located near Mäntsälä city center which was the reason the customer chose a natural gas fired boiler plant over a bio fuel fired one - the plant's emission levels are low and there is no need to deliver fuel by trucks.
