At this year's Mostra Convegno Expocomfort in Milan, to be held from 23 to 27 March 2010, the Italian LOOS team will present the enormous potential of innovative boiler technology. Among others, the highlights are the LOOS modular boiler U-MB, newly-introduced in 2009, and the system management system LBC/LSC.
For the beverage and food industry, laundry and cleaning companies, as well as smaller industrial firms, the new steam generator U-MB will arouse great interest. Thanks to the integrated flue gas heat recovery and the modern, intuitive regulation and control technology, the three-pass shell steam boiler is predestined for efficient and fully-automatic operation.
The offerings for large industry are no less interesting. LOOS offers steam boiler systems with outputs from 175kg/hr to 55,000kg/hr as well as hot water boilers with outputs from 38MW and boilers up to 19.2MW. There are a multitude of boiler and boiler housing modules such as water service, condensate service, water treatment, and water analysis modules, which allow custom-made customer-specific solutions without risk.
The all-integrating LBC/LSC boiler and system control equipped with touch screen offers the greatest data transparency and analysis possibilities for permanently economical operation. The integrated monitoring and protection functions, the logging of all important process data, as well as the extensive operating message memory are some of the many advantages of the system management system.
In the future, in Italy, customer and business partners will be able to enjoy optimised service in the area of large boiler technology. Since August 2009, Loos has been working hard on the integration and usage of the global sales and service network of the company's new parent company Bosch Thermotechnik. As one of the first LOOS sales and service companies, LOOS Italia was transferred to the local Bosch Thermotechnik organisation Buderus, which is headquartered in Milan.
Despite the integration, both the LOOS brand and the previous contacts in Italy remain. Step by step, the LOOS industrial boiler expertise will be shared with the entire sales and service team. With its main office in Milan and 12 additional branch offices, Buderus has a perfectly established sales and service network in Italy. Customers and business partners will be able to profit from the synergy effects.
