(RIMMSA Power Team) is a company founded in the city of Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, by a private group of highly qualified engineers, with 22 years of experience and specialised in erection, construction, industrial maintenance, major repairs and metal manufacture.

Our team of engineers has completed more than 350 contracts including the supply and manufacture of pressure parts for steam generators, industrial and marine boilers, construction and erection works, pipe systems, general maintenance and major repairs for power plants, refineries, petrochemicals, paper plants, steel mills and ship oil tankers.

FIELD SERVICES - POWER PLANT MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR

Our experience in this area is very wide with more than 230 satisfactory contracts concluded. These include all kinds of major maintenance and repair works in power plants, oil refineries, steel plants, petrochemical plants and oil ship vessels: steam generators (replacement of damaged pressure parts: superheaters, reheaters, water walls, etc), burner systems, steam turbines and electric generators, main condensers, any type of industrial, package and marine boiler retubing.

We also offer maintenance and repair of the following auxiliary equipments: rotary air preheaters, coal pulverizers, coal-ash handling systems, electrostatic precipitators, electric power and control systems, instrumentation and control systems maintenance.

PRESSURE PARTS FOR STEAM GENERATORS AND BOILERS

We have completed more than 100 supply and manufacturing orders, all of them with a high level of quality. We manufacture pressure parts for steam generators as well as industrial and marine boiler, superheaters, reheaters, water wall panels, bended and swaged tubes. In cases when the owner does not have the detailed construction drawings, RIMMSA develop the detailing drawings by means of inverse engineering.

RIMMSA manufactures in compliance with the ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) code, having the certificates of authorization:

• S - 36378: manufacture and assembly of powers boilers
• U - 36379: manufacture of pressure vessels
• R - 7053: repairs and/or alteration
