Sesca Group offers comprehensive deliveries of clean flame burner systems ranging from single burners to extensive burner systems at a range of 5MW - 50MW. 3,500 clean fuel burners have been manufactured since the 1950s.

Clean fuel burners are made for demanding industrial and power plant environments. They are reliable, easily commissioned and very adaptable to various environments. Maintenance and spare parts delivery is fast and reliable.

Clean fuel burners can be delivered as complete turnkey systems, which can include pumping equipment, oil pre heaters, valve device racks, burners with piping, control and boiler protection systems fully installed, tested and commissioned.

Sesca offers clean fuel low NOx burners for light and heavy fuel oil and natural gas. The low NOx burner is a low emission main load burner for power plants and the processing industry. Combustion air sequencing and flue gas recycling guarantee low emissions of nitric oxides and carbon monoxides.

CONTROL AND BOILER PROTECTION SYSTEMS

The control and boiler protection systems are an essential part of a functioning burner system. The clean fuel control and boiler protection system is based on PLC technology, which has been approved for applications requiring high safety levels. The control system is easy to connect to a plant's main automation system using various bus interface protocols.

SYNCHRONOUS MACHINE SERVICES (SMS)

Sesca's personnel have long-standing experience in the areas of excitation, protection and synchronizing. Sesca Group has carried out over 120 excitation projects within a current range of 1ADC – 2,500ADC. We use the latest technology to manufacture tailor-made excitation systems for new and retrofitted machines.

MotorMagn® represents the latest inventions in the area of excitation. New philosophies in terms of combining existing platforms for excitation purposes give the advantages of flexibility and ease of use. MotorMagn is produced by specialists who have a very extensive background in excitation systems. It is designed for new and retrofit customers in the energy and process industries.

MotorMagn is based on Siemens' well-known S7 and tried and tested technology from IXYS. The spare parts are standard components from selected and trusted manufacturers. The software is easy to use and modify for customer needs. The latest knowledge of fieldbus connections saves cabling and the usability of excitation rises to a whole new level (ethernet, profibus etc.).
