LN- SERIES BURNERS

Thermeta Service delivers a range of burners for combustion plants/heating systems for utilities, greenhouse farming and industry. The LN-series burners are the core of the delivery program and are available for a broad range of liquid and gaseous fuels. The burners are characterised by flexibility and price/quality ratio.

For almost half a century, Thermeta burners have proven that solid and simple construction results in a high level of operational safety. The robust burner is constructed from sheet steel varying in thicknesses from 5mm to 12mm and provided with a state-of-the-art low-NOx combustion system for burning (natural) gas. By applying the most recent developments in the field of low-NOx, Thermeta can meet and exceed the legal environmental standards, even up to 35mg/Nm³ for specific boilers.

SILENT BURNERS

Although the LN-burner is nearly silent, Thermeta also developed a burner with a sound-insulating housing. This LNS-burner or ‘silent burner’ complies with stringent demands with respect to noise.

Thermeta Service LN-series burners have been designed by practical engineers, which has led to a robust and effective design. Thermeta burners excel in ease of installation, and with a minimum of moving parts they are appreciated for their reliability, simplicity and little need of maintenance.

LOW EMISSIONS BURNERS

Stimulated by more and more stringent global standards, Thermeta has developed a range of burners that substantially reduce the emission of atmospheric contamination such as NOx, CO and unburnt particles. We are proud that our burners are considered to be among the ‘cleanest’ burners.

Thermeta Service LN-series burners give low to very low NOx and CO values in most applications. NOx is usually less than 50mg/m³ en, and CO is less than 2ppm. If the Thermeta service team is called upon for the design of the entire combustion plant and this advice is applied, Thermeta Service can guarantee an NOx emission of less than 35mg/Nm³ (in conformity with SCIOS scope 6 Bees B measuring protocol).

A team of experienced specialists manufactures Thermeta Service products in the company’s own factory, which is distinguished by its high level of flexibility. This enables us to quickly respond to specific questions and orders. In addition, the level of our workmanship guarantees the high quality finishing, long life and reliability.

BURNER SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE

Thermeta Service has its own fully-equipped development, production and electronic departments and an extended service organisation.

The Thermeta service engineers take care of the commissioning of burner equipment, maintenance and periodic inspections. In addition, Thermeta offers a 24-hour emergency service that can quickly reach any location in the Netherlands. Thermeta has been certified by SCIOS for carrying out required maintenance, inspections and measurements for the following scopes:

• Scope 1 - atmospheric heating boilers and air heaters
• Scope 2 - hot water boilers and air heaters with ventilator burners
• Scope 3 - steam boilers and hot water boilers
• Scope 4 - internal combustion engines and turbines
• Scope 5 - special industrial systems including ovens, furnaces in the processing industry, drying systems, air heaters, etc.
• Scope 6 - NOx measurements/Bees B measurements (also with respect to CHPs)
