HIGH VELOCITY OIL FLUSHING IN STEAM AND GAS TURBINES

This cleaning and flushing technology offered by Ecol (patent pending) is the most effective method of preparing new oil systems. HYDRODYNAMIC CLEANING AND LUBRICATION ENGINEERING

The core of this technology is cleaning of all the inner surfaces of oil system with high-pressure water jets utilizing suitable nozzles (appropriate for water pressure and tube's diameters). This is followed by immediate drying and application of protective oil spray to dried surfaces and high velocity flushing with continuously filtered oil at sufficient pressure and turbulent flow rate. The maximum capacities we can perform are up to 20,000L/minute while full-flow filtered.

The technology of hydrodynamic cleaning and flushing with oil at turbulent flow rates described herein is unquestionably the only cleaning method characterized by such high effectiveness (when compared to other methods). This method is the most preferred choice of power plants and maintenance and repair companies in the world.
