ECOVALUE™ PRODUCTS

A GTE EcoValue™ product is validated by GTE to deliver economic and ecological/ environmental improvements to its clients. The focus is on improved performance and availability, fuel efficiency, restoration of optimal design, and parts life extension.

GTE released the following categories of EcoValue products in aviation, oil and gas, and power generation applications: compressor wash, power augmentation, and inlet/ exhaust optimization.

COMBUSTION

GTE assembled a world-class team with expertise in combustion systems, fluids mechanics, and structural mechanic design. This team is at work to assist OEMs and operators with solutions to operating and specific combustion solutions. GTE developed standard systems for monitoring dynamics and performance of the combustion process. GTE’s combustion dynamic monitoring systems and have been installed in approximately 100 gas turbines around the world. GTE offers high quality OEM approved repair services for fuel nozzles and end covers that control combustion performance for emissions, thermal spreads, and life expectancy exceeding existing industry practices.

FUEL MANAGEMENT

GTE provides high-performance flow metering, conditioning and analysis systems that exceed applicable codes and industry standards. The company provides fully integrated skid-based systems that include appropriate components to measure quality constituencies, composition and BTU caloric content. GTE designs and fabricates systems and combustion hardware for fuel conversions and allows an operator to run on alternative fuels. This offers financial flexibility in a volatile fuel market as well as potential emissions reductions.

COMBUSTION TURBINE AUXILIARIES

GTE has a long and successful history of supplying integrated modular process skid solutions to OEMs in the power generation industry. Examples of auxiliary systems are: lube oil, water injection, fluid controls, and prefabricated piping and tubing.

INSTRUMENT AND ELECTRICAL CONTROLS

GTE is a tier one supplier of instrument and electrical control systems to global companies in power generation, oil and gas, and other related industries. Offerings range from stand-alone proprietary systems supplied with OEM equipment to fully integrated remote-monitored hardwired satellite, and radio and web-based communications.
