CONTAINER, TANK, BARREL, IBC AND REACTOR VESSEL CLEANING

In the production of most chemicals or petrochemicals, the internal surfaces of reactors and vessels must be cleaned on a regular basis. There is usually a build up of contamination on the reactor walls and on the agitator blade surfaces. This build up results in inefficiencies and also the risk of down stream contamination due to debris falling off.

Clean vessels result in faster batch runs, lower plant operating costs and less down time due to downstream contamination.

Our URACA TWK 3-dimensional rotating tank cleaning heads reach all areas within the vessel. Our advanced nozzle technology ensures that the water jet is focussed into the most effective cleaning and cutting tool, which never becomes blunt and never requires sharpening. Our TWK tank cleaning systems are ideal for container, tank, barrel, IBC and reactor vessel cleaning.

HIGH AND ULTRA HIGH PRESSURE HYDROBLASTING

The URACA JETPOWER 125 is a highly effective stationary or mobile system designed for a multitude of different cleaning tasks, ranging from concrete demolition and pipe cleaning to surface coating removal at pressures up to 2,800 bar.

The unique control system enables the use of manually or electrically switched jetting lances and tools by simple selection at the consumer box and the electronic speed regulation ensures that energy is not wasted.

The JETPOWER 125 is easily towable weighing just 2,100kg and features a sound reducing enclosure.

RICO CCTV PIPELINE INSPECTION SYSTEMS

Jetting Systems Ltd is an authorised distributor of RICO push rod, mainline and fully equipped vehicle mounted CCTV pipeline inspection equipment. Manufactured in Germany and fully supported in the UK, RICO products are responsive, reliable and simple and guaranteed for 3 years.

The latest lateral inspection systems enable simultaneous inspection of lateral pipes up to 25m long with main pipe inspection up to 500m.

Jetting Systems Ltd is an authorised distributor of TST safety clothing and PPE designed specifically for high and ultra high pressure water jetting activities. Developed with top level safety and comfort in mind, this range of products was the first of its kind to achieve CE certification.
