Precision Iceblast Corporation

Worldwide Ice-Blasting Cleaning Contractors

Precision Iceblast Corporation, the oldest and most experienced ice-blasting contracting company in the US, provides services all across North America as well as other areas of the world. Precision Iceblast Corporation has been contracted to perform work in almost all industries. However, our experience, capabilities and reputation in the power industry are unsurpassed.

Dry-ice surface cleaning, stripping and preparing for painting

Our system uses high-velocity streams of dry ice to clean, strip or prepare surfaces for painting. This technology has now become the safest, most environmentally safe and 'cleanest' method to clean a surface.

CO2-blasting cleaning units

New CO2 blasting cleaning technology is the modern alternative to chemical cleaning, sandblasting, water blasting, steam cleaning, manual scrubbing, scraping and hand tooling, and is the most effective and efficient method of cleaning available today. CO2 blasting is typically much faster than these other methods, so we save our customers a lot of time. Because of the reduced timeframe, reduced labor costs and reduced cost of material disposal, we also save our customers a lot of money.

Environmentally safe surface cleaning or preparation

CO2 blasting is the most environmentally safe method for cleaning or preparing a surface for recoating. Once the dry ice hits a surface, it vaporizes, turns into a gas, and returns back to its natural state in the atmosphere. Therefore, there is no waste to clean up other than whatever material is blasted off.

This is very environmentally significant because ice blasting eliminates the need to dispose of harmful chemicals, truckloads of hazardous materials and enormous amounts of media. The savings in disposal costs can thus be very significant.

CO2 blasting systems and services

Our entire CO2 blasting system is completely portable and fully self-contained. This allows us to access almost any area without using any of your utilities. Our personnel are certified for working in confined spaces and knowledgeable in lead abatement and working at heights. We are also experts in containment, which allows us to blast near production areas.

Our employees undergo extensive safety training and our company holds an impeccable safety record. Precision Iceblast Corporation has almost two decades of experience and we have never suffered a serious accident.

HRSG cleaning

Precision Iceblast Corporation is the world's leader in cleaning HRSG units. We manufacture our own machines, which operate under very high pressure (of 350psi). This high pressure will create a deeper cleaning within the tubes. This is critical for removing the debris beyond the first few rows of tubes.

We also blast tubes from the top down and repeat the process two to three times (if necessary) in order to make sure that all the debris is removed from the tubes. Our system, along with this technique, will provide you the cleanest tubes possible.
