Endat uses highly advanced modular modelling simulation software. We have three tools for modelling and simulating thermal power plants: Prosim, ProsimCMS and WebProsim. This software enables us to offer innovative solutions for a variety of process calculation needs. ONLINE POWER PLANT MONITORING SOFTWAREThe main purpose of Endat's ProsimCMS software is to achieve higher levels of efficiency and availability within power plant facilities. ProsimCMS runs condition monitoring and other specified calculations for major power plant equipment. ProsimCMS ensures the early identification of defective power station processes. Even in the absence of measurement instrumentation, ProsimCMS can calculate and display indirect parameters and states for power facilities. ProsimCMS continually calculates the most economic mode of operation. The software can also report additional costs due to deviations in the operation mode and compare these with the optimum cost. ProsimCMS includes a simulation model of the actual power plant. Process engineers and operation personnel can use the simulation model to simulate different operation modes and loads. New loads can be simulated in advance of actual operations, creating scope for "What if" calculations that allow operation personal to see how changes can affect the power generation process and alter the resultant operation costs. ProsimCMS calculates power and heat production emissions as well as mass and energy balances. ProsimCMS features an online calculation mode that improves power plant efficiency / accessibility and reduce maintenance costs by increasing runtime and decreasing unplanned revisions. WEB-BASED POWER PLANT SIMULATIONWebProsim offers the ability to use our process calculation tools from any internet-ready computer. The necessary software can be installed on a company's server or accessed via a standard internet browser without the need for user workstations to be installed. WebProsim trains operators in different power plant maintenance and operation modes, simulates changes in the power generation process, reduces unplanned maintenance outages by tracking turbine processes, accurately calculates operating costs and optimises emissions and used fuel costs.
