Since 1984, Wacon Europe has specialised in industrial cooling solutions with a wide range of standard products for complicated projects.

We supply high-quality mechanical draft cooling towers, which are available in a range of capacities and materials. We are a network organisation of companies with specialised knowledge of cooling towers and their applications all over the world.

With many years of experience, a creative engineering team, wide knowledge of available parts and flexible manufacturers, we have the ability to build the perfect cooling tower specifically for any job. Our products are manufactured by highly qualified suppliers and checked by our in-house total quality management (TQM) trained procurement division.

Over 25 years in the industry has resulted in a wide range of satisfied customers and cooling solutions, many of which are still in service today. Our cooling solutions are used, among others, as industrial process, air conditioning (HVAC) and power generation cooling.

Counter-flow top-discharge cooling towers

The WCN Series are highly reliable and efficient cooling tower products. The WCN Series are compact, modular counter-flow top-discharge cooling towers, with a capacity of 150t to 1,800t of water (m³/hr).

An integrated fan and drive unit ensures an aesthetic design and optimal performance of the cooling tower units. The cost-effective construction minimises installation cost and reduces downtime due to efficient engineering. Modern materials make our products lightweight.

Lightweight FRP cooling towers

The WCR Series of cooling towers are designed for smaller capacities. Constructed out of lightweight FRP, these plug-and-play towers require minimum maintenance and will last for at least ten years.

The highly reliable, efficient and lightweight WCR line consists of round, compact counter-flow top-discharge cooling towers, with a capacity of 10t to 150t of water (m³/hr). Equipped with an integrated direct-driven inverter fan, the tower has an aesthetic design and optimal performance.

Cost-effective, 100% FRP construction minimises installation cost and reduces downtime due to efficient engineering.

Temporary cooling towers

The WCC Series is the latest addition to Wacon Europe’s offering of cooling towers. Using the same highly reliable, efficient and proven cooling tower parts as the WCN Series, the towers are build in a modified 10ft, 20ft or 40ft container. These WCC towers are the perfect solution for a temporarily need for cooling and are designed for easy shipment all over the world.

Turnkey cooling towers

We can offer our customers a turnkey cooling tower solution for their end-to-end projects. We can engineer a complete cooling system specific to customer needs.

In addition to cooling towers, we use dry coolers, heat-exchangers, chillers, storage vessels (tanks) and water pumps. If required, we can also take care of the complete piping for the system.

High-quality cooling tower manufacture

We prefabricate everything in our own factory in Dordrecht to ensure fast and easy installation on-site. We only use Class A brands, which are available all over the world, to provide a good after-sales, service and maintenance plan.
