Power protection technologies range from simple filters to power solutions such as an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS). The Riello UPS range includes both line interactive and on-line UPS, as well as a wide range of accessories including: battery extension packs, maintenance bypasses, remote monitoring software and interfaces.

Further power protection solutions include automatic static transfer switches and the Dialog CSS (Central Supply System). This is an emergency standby power system for security and lighting applications.

For large uninterruptible power supply and special build projects Riello Galatrek has a specialist Technical Energy Consultant (TEC) team who provide pre-sales support, advice and UPS system design and selection. A site survey can be arranged through the team who can then manage your power protection project to provide a turnkey power solution.

Specialist uninterruptible power supply builds include offshore, 400Hz frequency and specialist industrial voltage applications. In addition the TEC team administers customisation of Riello UPS power solutions for projects requiring some local modification.

POWER SOLUTIONS - LEONARDO POWER QUALITY INITIATIVE (LPQI)

Riello Galatrek is a member of the Leonardo Power Quality Initiative (LPQI) - a European funded organisation whose purpose is to raise awareness and promote good practice among designers, installers and maintenance engineers in relation to power quality. Riello Galatrek regularly speaks at LPQI events and runs its own series of specialist power protection seminars across the UK with a number of industry partners.
