Cemtek Environmental (CEI) is a full service Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS) and service company. CEI engineers and manufactures monitoring systems – including continuous emission monitoring systems, continuous mercury monitoring systems and opacity-flow-particulate-gas analyzers – for compliance or combustion-monitoring applications to meet specific facilities' requirements.

Each CEMS is engineered using the latest techniques and best available equipment. CEI supplies equipment specified or selected from the best available technology to ensure that any CEMS manufactured meets site-permit requirements and complies with all local, state and federal rules and regulations. CEI is a turnkey project company that provides field service, installation, start-up, training, and guaranteed certification.

CEMS TROUBLESHOOTING AND REPAIR

Cemtek Systems (CSI) is a leading provider of contract and non-contract, on-demand services for the continuous emissions monitoring industry. CSI provides – but is not limited to – service, system diagnostics and troubleshooting, certification, test, support, repair, and upgrades for all makes of CEMS and emissions and combustion efficiency analyzers, including continuous mercury monitoring systems, process monitoring systems and opacity-flow-particulate-gas analyzers.

CSI provides contract CEMS services that include daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual requirements, including cylinder gas audits, linearity tests, opacity lens audit tests, converter efficiency tests, ammonia converter tests and RATA support.

CSI provides QA / QC support and CEMS training as well as on-demand services to support your in-house technicians.

PRECISION INSTRUMENTS AND ANALYZERS

Cemtek Instruments (CII) is a supplier of high-quality precision instruments, including process and efficiency analyzers and opacity-flow-particulate instruments, in-situ and extractive oxygen analyzers. CII instruments and analyzers are carefully selected to meet specific customer requirements and applications. All instruments are field-tested and fully supported by our service and engineering departments.

CII Instruments' range includes specially selected products for process and compliance-monitoring applications, combustion-efficiency applications, gas and dust monitoring, and direct measurement of ammonia slip for SNCR / SCR installations.

LASIR® STACK AND DUCT SYSTEMS

Our Lasir stack and duct systems see an optical beam from the controller located at ground level being brought to the sensor by fiber-optic cable. The laser beam is launched across the stack by a simple lens arrangement to the detector and the return signal is carried by coaxial cable back to the instrument.

Stack systems are manufactured specifically to the distance across the stack and sensitivities required. The lens system and retro-reflector are offset to prevent dust contamination. An auto-calibration option is available for compliance applications. A purge system should be installed between the flanges for very dirty stacks if necessary.

NOX / O2 SCR-SNCR MONITOR

The NOx / O2 SCR-SNCR monitor is a real-time measurement device, designed to be close-coupled, that requires no sample conditioning. This analyzer design provides effective, accurate, reliable, multipoint measurement of NOx and O2 at a low-cost investment.

The analyzer is most suited for, but not limited to, SCR / SNCR applications and for the monitoring and control of NOx.
