G-CEM4000 MULTI-CHANNEL FLUE GAS ANALYSER

The G-CEM4000 is a multi-species flue gas analyser that uses Non-Dispersive Infrared Absorption (NDIR) technology. It provides high accuracy, low maintenance measurement of all the key combustion process emissions to atmosphere. Its performance can be verified automatically or manually on demand by the injection of zero and span protocol gasses into the probe sample chamber.

The analyser utilises an in-situ diffusion probe. Flue gas diffuses into a sample cell at the end of the probe via an array of stainless steel sintered filters enabling measurements to be made, even in gas streams with very high dust loadings, without impairment of either accuracy or maintenance intervals.

Up to seven gas species can be monitored with a single analyser. Integral measurement of flue gas temperature and pressure allows full data normalisation to STP conditions.

D-CEM2000 DUST ANALYSER

The D-CEM2000 is a dual-pass transmissometer configured for the continuous measurement of opacity and dust concentration in flue gases. Its unique optical arrangement provides continuous measurements of transmissivity of visible light across the stack in opposite directions, providing not only an accurate average of the dust loading in the stack, but a dynamic assessment of any mis-alignment errors due to stack movement.

The monitor incorporates integral automatic procedures for span checking and interfaces directly with the SmartCEM station so that all diagnostic and measurement data may be accessed by the SmartCEM control unit.

V-CEM5000 FLOW MONITOR

The V-CEM5000 provides non-contact measurement of gas velocity using a time delay correlation of the flue gas infrared emissions received by two detectors spaced a fixed distance apart. Gas velocity ranging from 1m/sec to 50m/sec can be measured. The technique is suitable for all combustion gases including hot gases and gases with a high dust burden.

G-CEM4100 EXTRACTIVE FLUE GAS ANALYSER

The G-CEM4100 is a hot extractive analyser designed for difficult flue gas monitoring applications such as gas turbines, small ducts and processes with very low emission levels. It uses infrared absorption spectroscopy to measure up to seven pollutant gases in a single self-contained unit.

The CODEL SmartCem system is extended further by a range of free-standing dust/opacity monitors and flue gas analysers designed for specific applications.
