Golden Specialty (GOLDEN) was established in 1997 with the purpose of providing the highest quality professional services in all sampling, analysis, and instrumentation support of stationary, process and ambient air quality determinations. We are able to provide invaluable insight and guidance to our clients on air quality issues and projects through our highly experienced and knowledgeable staff.

GOLDEN was the first source testing company in the US to achieve interim accreditation for ASTM D-7036 as well as the first air laboratory to be audited in Texas for NELAP certification.

Emissions testing services

Our emissions testing division provides on-site testing of emissions from stationary sources using highly experienced testing personnel and state-of-the-art equipment. We serve both domestic and international emissions testing projects. GOLDEN has extensive experience and expertise in sampling stack pollutant emissions in accordance with EPA, ASTM, SW-846, NCASI, CARB, SCAQMD, and BAAQMD wet and instrumental reference methods, as well as many state and local reference methods. This ensures your facility's compliance with federal, state and local regulations and all applicable air permit requirements. 

Mobile emissions testing laboratory

Each mobile testing laboratory in our fleet is equipped with redundant sampling systems to deliver the highest quality data possible.

Typical reporting is completed within seven business days after receipt of all data (30 days for complex testing projects), including a careful review of data to ensure accuracy and compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements. Reporting can be provided in electronic format upon request. 

Air quality compliance testing and exposure monitoring

Established in 2004, our NELAC-accredited laboratory is fully equipped with the most up-to-date analyzers to provide the highest quality data for air quality compliance testing and exposure monitoring.  

Environmental air sampling equipment

GOLDEN's instrumentation division provides sales, service and leasing of environmental air sampling equipment, parts and supplies. Maintenance service packages are also available.
