IMR Environmental Equipment - Portable and Stationary Flue-Gas AnalyzersIMR Environmental Equipment, Inc. is one of the leading manufacturers worldwide for portable and stationary flue-gas analyzers. Furthermore the product range includes leak detectors (HC, refrigerant), thermometers, manometers and anemometers. IMR has designed and manufactured combustion analyzers for more than 25 years. IMR emission analyzers have earned the respect of the industry as the most reliable analyzers on the market. IMR flue-gas analyzers are designed to be rugged and accurate at the same time. They are used by the HVAC industry, energy industry, process control, glass industry, food industry, universities and everywhere gas-analysis is required. IMR manufactures single-cell handheld flue-gas analyzers as well as eight-channel continuous emission monitoring systems. IMR gas analyzers make use of the latest sensor technology (NDIR, electro-chemical sensors) to measure the flue-gas concentration. COMBUSTION GAS ANALYZER IMR 1000The IMR 1000 is the latest combustion efficiency analyzer from IMR. It measures O2, CO and can be upgraded with a draft measurement. This analyzer has an infrared emitter to print the results on an optional infrared printer. The IMR 1000 is a hand held pocket size stack gas analyzer for combustion tests on boilers, burners, etc. The IMR 1000-1/-2 has up to two sensors with a two-line LCD while the IMR 1000-3/-4 has a four-line LCD with up to three sensors:
PARTICULATE MONITORING SYSTEM DA-60The DA-60 is a continuous particulate monitor for emission control and arrestment plant performance monitoring. Using an advanced design, this single channel monitor with dual alarm outputs and scalable 4mA - 20mA has proven monitoring capabilities and German TA Luft accreditation.
EXCESS AIR CONTROLLER IMR 6000The IMR 6000 is an oxygen / excess air combustion controller to measure, store and control oxygen (O2) in a combustion process. The analyzer works with all sorts of fuel (liquid fuels, gas and solid fuels) and calculates CO2, combustion efficiency and measures the flue-gas temperature with a separate thermocouple. The IMR 6000 can be installed with new boilers and it also can be easily integrated into existing installations. The wall mounted enclosure is rated IP65 and the instrument comes equipped with all needed sensors, probes and installation material like flanges. CONTINUOUS FLUE-GAS MONITORING SYSTEMThe IMR 5000 is a state-of-the-art continuous flue-gas monitoring system, and is designed for a wide variety of flue-gas monitoring applications. The IMR 5000 is a stand-alone analyzer that works automatically. The rugged wall mounted enclosure meets NEMA type 4X (IP65) standards. The modular approach of the IMR 5000 allows one or more gases (up to eight) to be measured simultaneously. WALL-MOUNTED FLUE-GAS CONDITIONING SYSTEMThe IMR 400 is a wall-mounted flue-gas dryer, and is designed to prepare flue-gases for a wide variety of gas monitoring applications. The IMR 400 is a 'stand-alone' system that works automatically. The rugged wall mounted enclosure meets NEMA type 4 (IP65) classification. The first step of the flue-gas conditioning process is filtering the gas sample. The filtered flue-gas enters the system through a heated hose. The heated hose keeps the sample hot until it reaches the IMR 400. The system then removes the water vapour with a permeation dryer or a peltier-cooler from the hot sample. The IMR 400 is designed to prepare flue-gases for the IMR 5000 flue-gas analyzing system.
