One of the services Sirius Engineers provides is project management for various process technology investments at power plants. Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) service packages have been implemented by Sirius Engineers in Poland, the Czech Republic and Spain for Flue Gas Desulphurisation (FGD) projects.

Sirius personnel have over ten years’ experience of FGD projects as an EPC contractor and Sirius Engineers is now offering service as an EPCM supplier. In addition, NOx reduction specialist services are available, with over ten years’ experience on the field of combustion technology.

POWER PLANT PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND EPCM

We can provide project management packages and EPCM for your projects in the fields of power plants and the process industry. Our experienced project managers, engineering managers, erection supervisors, time schedulers, procurement team and expediters can take care of your projects in Poland, the Czech Republic and Finland, in the local language if needed.

We use the most up-to-date project management and documentation management tools, enabling us to report to you systematically. Our strength is in our EPC contractor background; we see all the tasks in their relation to the progress of the whole project.

FLUE GAS DESULPHURISATION (FGD)

Trouble shooting, performance studies and plant availability improvement plans can be provided based on our long-term experience in wet limestone-gypsum flue gas desulphurisation processes. We can also check mass balances and design sub-processes to improve their performance or availability.

NOx REDUCTION METHODS FOR COAL COMBUSTION

Sirius Engineers provides specialist services for a selection of feasible NOx reduction methods to meet the required emission levels at your specific coal combustion furnaces in the power plant size range.

New tighter emission limits in EU regulations require careful feasibility studies to be carried out, to select the most feasible combination of combustion technology modifications, such as low NOx burners and Selective Catalytic NOx Reduction (SCR).
