Specialist expansion joints

Our range of specialist expansion joints includes expansion joints for H&V and perimeter heating, high-temperature combustion and exhaust expansion joints, multi-ply stainless-steel pump bellows, flue gas bellows, axial gland seal packed slip-type bellows, and small-bore metal vacuum diaphragm valve bellows.

Metallic expansion joints and hoses

Our metallic expansion joints and hoses are constructed using exotic alloys such as Monel, bronze, Duplex, Super Duplex, Inconel, Incoloy, Hastelloy, Avesta and Carpenter.

Rubber bellows expansion joints

Our rubber bellows expansion joints include:

• Flanged DIN/PN, ANSI/ASA, British BS10, SAE 3000, JIS
• EPDM, nitrile / NBR, Hypalon / CSM, Chloro-Butyl / IIR, natural rubber, neoprene / chloroprene, SBR / Buna-S, gum rubber, HNBR, ECO / Epichlorohydrin
• Viton or PTFE lined expansion joints for chemicals and solvents
• Hump hoses and flexible pump connectors
• DIN4809, DVGW, steel mesh or aramid reinforced

All of our expansion joints are available with type approvals to ABS, Lloyds, BV, DNV and GL.

Stainless-steel convoluted hose assemblies

Our stainless-steel convoluted hose assemblies are available from 6mm (¼in) to 200mm (8in) NB. We also offer stainless-steel pump connector hoses, flanged or threaded fittings, vibration eliminators and heat-traced 'hose-within-a-hose'.

PTFE (Teflon) products are also available, such as smoothbore and convoluted hose assemblies, bellows expansion joints and PTFE-lined stainless steel.

Hoses for oil and chemical applications

Our composite hoses are ideal for oil, chemical or cryogenic applications. Our wide product range also includes Trellex hose, flanges, gaskets and gripstrips.

Interflex Stripwound Interlock, Squarelock and Griplock hoses are made from stainless steel and galvanised steel, and are copper, fibre or rubber packed. They are available from 3mm to 500mm bore.

Fan coil and chilled ceiling hoses

Our fan coil and chilled ceiling hoses are manufactured using stainless-steel braided EPDM rubber. We also offer an all stainless-steel braid and corrugated hose.

Air spring rubber bellows

We can provide air spring rubber bellows from the following manufacturers:
