Albarrie Environmental Services (AES) is a fully integrated supplier of technical products and leading technical services for dust collection systems. Our products include high temperature bags made from PPS, PPS tandem composite, aramid, P84 and basalt rock based meteor fabrics, cages, pulse valves, gauges, rotary air locks, blow tubes, oil spill and drip trays and more.

HIGH EFFICIENCY CLEANING (HEC) SERVICE CLEANS BAGS IN PLACE WITHOUT REMOVAL

AES leaves the bags and cages connected to the tube sheet during cleaning and bags are returned to near new air flow levels eliminating costly replacement and maintenance. The energy from our HEC service "blows out" dust lodged within the fabric and "blows off" crusted, tacky cake from the bag surface. Other benefits - equalized air flow, identification of weak or failed bags, reduced emissions, stack test compliance, reduction of plant air / power consumption and full load power generation. Over 16,000 plugged filter bags were cleaned at a major power utility, returning combustion air flow and full generation capacity.

EPA / DEP / MOE EMISSION COMPLIANT FILTER BAGS

AES offers a complete range of filter bags made from fabric we manufacture using fibers such as PPS, P84, aramid, polyester, acrylic and basalt volcanic rock. Our tandem composite fabrics, which combine the capabilities of two or more fibers, are used in many demanding applications and industries generating fine submicron dust, including; power utilities with coal burning CFBs, biomass, MSW, hazardous waste, mining, metals, electric arc furnace, smelters, foundries, cement, asphalt, gypsum, kilns, finish mills, concentrate, aggregate and spray dryers, flash furnaces, calciners, converters, classifiers, separators, and others.

FIELD SERVICES AND ENGINEERING FOR DUST COLLECTION SYSTEMS

AES provides a wide range of field services and engineering for dust collection systems that include rapid response trouble shooting, problem solving, complete system and components inspection from pick up point to stack, PM procedures, preliminary engineering / feasibility and system design studies through basic and detailed engineering.

We also offer full bag replacement, flow audits and balancing, dust collector design specs, baghouse upgrades, repairs, retrofits, conversions, modifications and periodic system performance evaluations to maintain continuous emission compliance and extend life of the equipment and bags with minimal maintenance and downtime.

PERIODIC TESTING OF USED FILTER BAGS

AES offers periodic testing of used filter bags to assure identification of problematic conditions requiring attention that will prevent premature / catastrophic bag failure and maintain proper system performance. A thorough analysis of bags and failure locations will determine if the problem is related to fabric deterioration from chemical thermal, or abrasive exposure is caused by mechanical wear that developed within the system, or is a possible design flaw.

Awareness of current bag conditions avoids emergencies, maintains emissions compliance, insures proper air flow for peak power generation or production, provides input for accurate budgeting and planning and identifies problem areas that need immediate attention to maintain the trouble free performance of a substantial investment.
