Clarcor UK LTD (Power Generation Division) is an integral part of the Clarcor group of filtration companies with headquarters based in Franklin Tennessee. Clarcor UK has two large purpose built factories at our Warrington site in the UK, dedicated to the manufacture of filtration systems. With over 90 years experience, Clarcor has a wealth of knowledge enabling it to produce air filtration systems for gas turbines, diesel engines and compressors for worldwide installation.

The company has grown in strength by using its expertise in the design, development, manufacture and installation of its products over a wide range of applications to become the market leader it is today. Clarcor produces the widest range of products available from an individual manufacturer enabling our engineers to fit the right filtration solution 'time after time'.

CLARCOR - FILTRATION FOR DIESEL ENGINES

Clarcor UK LTD is a leading filter supplier to the major power generating diesel engine manufacturers.

To accompany the main filtration products detailed, Clarcor also provides specially purpose designed multi-stage intake systems with either pre or after-filters depending on the contaminants prevailing on site.

AUTOFLO

Autoflo self cleaning air filters operate using the viscous impingement filter principle whereby airborne particles suspended in the intake airstream are trapped on an adhesive coated progressive density matrix filter panels.

LP OIL BATH

Oil scrubbing has long been a universally accepted method of cleaning intake air for engines, compressors and blowers. No other method affords such high efficiency with the added features of extended operation without attention, small space requirements and overall economy. The LP oil bath is a second generation design which functions with extremely low pressure loss and requires no external power for operation.

INERTIAL SEPARATOR

The Inertiaflo separator is designed to handle large volumes of heavily contaminated air within an extremely confined space without appreciably increasing pressure drop.

By incorporating our own brands of locker filtration (formally locker air-maze), CID and airguard, Clarcor has built on this knowledge and expertise as Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and can supply a comprehensive range of 'first fit' and replacement filter products suitable for all makes of air intake systems.

'HURRICANE' PULSE FILTER SYSTEMS - ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT

As an original equipment manufacturer Clarcor are able to design and manufacture bespoke 'Hurricane' pulse filter systems to meet the space and filtration requirements for air intake systems for such applications as compressors, gas turbines and diesel engines.

Pulse filters are a highly efficient method of filtration with the ability to allow uninterrupted machine operation under many severe environmental conditions, ranging from desert, coastal, arctic and industrial climates.
