Dango & Dienenthal Filtertechnik GmbH has an extensive know-how and experience in solid / liquid separation. We manufacture maintenance-free, self-cleaning backwash-filters providing trouble-free backwash, time and/or differential pressure controlled, for sustained performance.

We also offer Separators (Hydrocyclones), Sludge Dewatering Devices and Single-/Duplex-filters as well as Bag filters as part of our filter-programme.

JET FILTER: FULLY-AUTOMATIC BACKWASH FILTER WITHOUT MOVABLE PARTS

Fully-automatic backwash filter without movable parts designed with a diameter similar or identical to the existing pipe.

Flow rate 6 – 25.000 m³/h, filter fineness > 50 µm.

The retained solids will accumulate in the common collector at the end of the filter-elements. The filter-element is cleaned by opening the flushing valve - parallel to the filtration - without causing interruption of the filtering process. The flushing is controlled either by a timer or by differential pressure and free-adjustable.

FILTERAUTOMAT: FULLY-AUTOMATIC BACKWASH FILTER

Fully-automatic backwash filter with rotating filter-drum flown through from outside to inside.

Flow rate 5 – 4.500 m³/h, filter fineness > 5 µm.

The filter-element is cleaned by opening the backwash drain valve – parallel to the filtration – without interruption of the filtering process. Due to the partial cleaning of the strainer-element and the specific cross-flow flushing highly backwash speeds in the filter-element up to 10 m/s can be attained.

SEPARATOR: FULLY-AUTOMATIC SEPARATOR

Fully-automatic separator for separation of solids with high specific gravity contained in fluids.

Flow rate 2 m³/h – 3.000 m³/h, separation > 5 µm (depending on density)

Compact inline-construction for easy installation into existing or planned pipe systems, space-saving design. The solids are eliminated continuously with part of the liquid from the concentrate discharge.

PLATE FILTER: MANUAL-OPERATED / FULLY-AUTOMATIC BACKWASH FILTER

Manual-operated / fully-automatic backwash filter in inline-construction with a filter-element positioned as sieve-plate under 45° to the flow direction.

Flow rate 5 m³/h – 2.000 m³/h, separation > 0,5 mm.

The filter-element is cleaned by opening the backflushing valve – parallel to the filtration – without interruption of the filtering process. Simultaneously the dirt being collected before the backflushing valve is passed outwards.

FILTRATION APPLICATIONS

The ranges of application are: steel works, power plants, paper industry, chemical industry, heat technology, refrigeration engineering and climatology, filtration of oil / emulsion, environmental protection, foodstuff industry, operation as pre-filter, mussel filtration and replacement of sand filters, and others.

Our mechanical filtration equipments eliminate contaminations (solids) out of liquids, i. e. cooling water, spray water, river water, sea water, cooling lubricants, process water etc. DDS-filters are installed for the most varying purposes and have proved themselves well for more than 50 years worldwide.
