Jet filters: fully-automatic backwash filter

Our fully-automatic backwash filters without movable parts are designed with a diameter similar or identical to your existing pipe. Flow rates of 6m³/h-25,000m³/h and filter finenesses of more than 50µm can be achieved.

The retained solids will accumulate in the common collector at the end of the filter-elements. The filter-element is cleaned by opening the flushing valve, parallel to the filtration, without causing interruption of the filtering process. The flushing is controlled either by a timer or by differential pressure and free-adjustable.

Plate filters: manually operated or fully-automatic backwash filters

Dango & Dienenthal Filtertechnik’s range of manually operated or fully automatic backwash filters feature inline-construction and a filter-element positioned as a sieve-plate under 45° to the flow direction. Flow rates of 5m³/h-2,000m³/h and separation of more than 0.5mm can be achieved.

The filter-element is cleaned by opening the backflushing valve, parallel to the filtration, without interrupting the filtering process. Simultaneously, the dirt being collected in front of the backflushing valve is passed outwards.

Fully-automatic backwash filters

The company also offers a fully-automatic backwash filter with rotating filter-drum. Flow rates of 5m³/h-4,500m³/h and filter fineness of more than 5µm are available.

Due to the partial cleaning of the strainer-element and the specific cross-flow flushing, high backwash speeds in the filter-element of up to 10m/s can be achieved.

Fully-automatic separators

Fully-automatic separators for separation of solids with high specific gravity contained in fluids are also available. The company’s separators offer a range of flow rates from 2m³/h-3,000m³/h and separation of more than 5µm (depending on density).

Our fully-automatic separators feature compact inline construction for easy installation into existing or planned pipe systems and a space-saving design. Solids are eliminated continuously, along with part of the liquid from the concentrate discharge.
