FILTER HOUSE INSPECTIONS AND AUDITS

DRB will inspect and audit your filtration and cooling systems, providing a full report including visual evidence of problematic situations, and recommended corrective actions. Our 41 point audit includes detailed examination of your filtering system, filter house instrumentation, plenum area, weather hoods and louvers, evaporative cooler, and fog cooling system.

We also provide filter inspection and testing, including our RUL (Remaining Useful Life) test for your existing filters that will show how much service life your gas turbine final filters have left.

DRB Industries is also an expert when it comes to installing new filters and replacing your deteriorated filters for your outage schedule. We perform repair work during off-peak periods. All our installation services also include annual commissioning services per OEM recommendations. Annual inspection of your evaporative cooling media is necessary to ensure the media is in proper working order. DRB Industries inspects the following:

• Evaporative cooling media
• Caulking
• Spacing of evaporative cooling media and drift eliminator
• Distribution header flow
• Pump and sump

FILTER CHANGE-OUT / INSTALLATION

• Prepare new filters to be installed
• Remove and discard old filters
• Install new pre filters and final filters
