HIGH-EFFICIENCY FILTER FOR GAS TURBINES

The EnviCompCell is a robust and strong high-efficiency filter for taking in air. It is especially developed for gas turbines. This filter is available in a range of models from F6 to F9. It can be constructed from either fibreglass or synthetic materials.

PULSE FILTERS FOR GAS TURBINE AIR INTAKE SYSTEMS

ENVI-filter offers a wide range of excellent pulse filters for gas turbine air intake systems. They are self-cleaning, available in different dimensions, washable, and easy to replace.

ENVI-filter GT intake cartridges fit all types of filter houses and are available in different types of filter media.

Our best model is the EN800 GT. This product is made out of polypropylene, and is 100% resistant to moisture and water repellent. It can also withstand most chemical influences.

When the pressure drop across the filter house reaches a level which restricts the output of the gas turbine, the filters can be easily washed and then placed back into operation. Their efficiency is equal to or better than conventional cellulose filters.

NON-PULSE DUST FILTER

The EN800 GT can also be changed into a non-pulse (static) system, which captures and accumulates dust on the surface of the filter. To prolong the lifetime of the filter a sock can be put on the outside to capture the larger particles.

The EN 800 GT series offers a long lifespan: these filters commonly last for more than eight years.

The model is moisture resistant and water repellent, and therefore works very well in humid conditions. It complies with both ASHRAE and EN779 standards.
