Essebifil Trading LLC (Switzerland) runs all worldwide marketing activities on an exclusive basis for the whole product line of the brand Kojen® Filtre.

Kojen® is a registered brand and holds the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system. Products conform to Turkish Standards Institution (TSE) and the line includes cartridge type, high-efficiency static with 4-V inlets, pleated panel, pocket and bag type air filters, suitable for an effective air filtration of gas turbines, dust collectors, compressors, blowers, heavy vehicles, HVAC and other industrial environments.

AIR FILTER MEDIA

Turbofiber - non-woven synthetic fibres thermally and mechanically bonded progressively structured to create a filtration in-depth and resistant to moisture.

Turbopaper - blend of high-quality cellulose and synthetic fibres impregnated with Acrylic resins. Flame-retardant properties to DIN 53438 available. Blend up to 75% - 25%.

Turbowet® - 100% synthetic, non-woven polyester. This filter media is water resistant and also suitable for use in conditions with high-humidity up to 100% relative humidity. Basis weight from 60g/m² to 500g/m². Self-extinguishing K1- F1 to DIN 53438.

Skypan 100% - non-woven polyester with an additional layer of PES spunbond to enhance filtration and mechanical characteristics, moisture resistant. Self-extinguishing K1- F1 to DIN 53438.

Floorpan - filter mat made of thin glass-fibres, progressive structured.

Cleanpan - polyurethane foam, washable for re-use. Available in several grades.

AIR CARTRIDGES (PULSE TYPE) - CELLULOSE BASED MEDIA

FAC type filters are designed for surface filtration and are manufactured in cylindrical and conical shape. Their ability to fit in most of the static filter house-makes them an attractive alternative to OEM products. Media availability Turbopaper® from EN 779 F6 to F8.

Electro-galvanized expanded steel-screens rigidly hold the media pack during self cleaning mode with pulse. As standard pleats are held in place with pleat-lock stabilization to maintain uniform spacing between pleats and further enhanced by hot-melt spiral beading outside and inside.

Gaskets made of EPDM are rigidly bonded on galvanized steel-end caps bonded with two component polyurethane system to obtain zero by-pass cartridge filter.

AIR CARTRIDGES - 100% SYNTHETIC NON-WOVEN BASED MEDIA

FAP-type filters are designed for both surface filtration and in-depth loading. Cartridge shapes are cylindrical and conical. Media availability Turbowet® from EN 779 F6 to F8.

Electro-galvanized expanded steel-screens rigidly hold the media pack. High material-stiffness ensures uniform spacing between pleats in wet conditions and during pulse jet cleaning mode.

Gaskets made of EPDM are rigidly bonded on galvanized steel-end caps sealed with a two component polyurethane system to obtain zero by-pass cartridge filter.

AIR CARTRIDGES - ENVIRONMENTALLY-FRIENDLY FILTER CARTRIDGE

Natupleat type filters are the newest environmentally-friendly filter cartridge produced by Kojen® and are suitable in most static filter houses.

Internal and external frames are made of HDPE nets. End caps are made of polystyrene producing a very lightweight filter to reduce scrap weight and volume.

Natupleat parts are totally incinerable reducing client cost for disposal.

OPTIONAL TO ALL CARTRIDGES

We can provide CFP prefilter wrap to fit the cartridge, made of synthetic media Turbofiber® and quick zip to facilitate installation also during operation. This feature is highly appreciated by gas turbine users during spring or times of the year when pollution is high.

HIGH-EFFICIENCY COMPACT CELL AIR FILTER

Comipleat are high-efficiency static filters with 4-V inlets made of corrosion resistant headers and frames (polystyrene). Class from EN 779 to F6 to F9.

EPDM gaskets are rigidly bonded to the frame and the two component polyurethane system ensures a zero by-pass filter and extreme high-strength in high-humidity and harsh environments.

An environmentally-friendly filter and economic for the client; once reached the end of its lifetime Comipleat can be completely burned.
