GEOPLEAT GPT RIGID FILTER (FILTER CLASS F8 TO H11 PER EN779)

The Geopleat GPT is the latest generation of high efficiency filters incorporating a patented V-shaped thermally formed deep pleat media pack. The new design creates the optimum airflow geometry and the vertical pleats provide increased moisture coalescence and drainage.

The filter utilizes a unique high strength dual-layer, blended glass synthetic fiber filter media offering high efficiency, low resistance and extended service life.

Used in combination with the FGI Filtrair pre-filter range, the Geopleat GPT delivers the best efficiency to lifetime relationship at the lowest pressure drop.

DROP SAFE DS RIGID-POCKET FILTER (FILTER CLASS G4 TO F6 PER EN779)

The Drop Safe DS rigid-pocket filter is a unique combination of coalescer and particulate filter in one. It is designed for extreme environments such as offshore, marine and tropical (high humidity) conditions.

The progressive structure of the thermally bonded synthetic media provides a high dust holding capacity. An additional hydrophobic treatment throughout the depth of the media causes water droplets to coalesce inside the pocket and the patented 'sealed boot' pocket design provides positive drainage.

Leak-free, self-supporting, fully welded pockets remain rigid even in turbulent airstreams allowing applications in high velocity systems yet maintaining a low pressure drop.

FMV-GT RIGID FILTER (FILTER CLASS F6 TO F8 PER EN779)

The FMV-GT rigid filter incorporates V-shaped minipleat media packs - offering maximum media area, high efficiency and lowest resistance for increased engine performance and output. The filter is lightweight, corrosion proof under all environmental conditions, easy to handle and fully incinerable after use.

The FMV-GT is suitable for most site situations, but is especially effective under high humidity conditions. The synthetic media is water repellant, resistant to handling damage / media puncture and maintains performance and strength in areas of free moisture.

The filter has an extremely high burst strength in both and wet and dry conditions.

It also carries a UL 900 Class 1 flammability classification.

FGI Filtrair's full range of stiff pocket filters offer efficient pre and / or final filtration for air intake systems for combustion engines. They are suitable for all environments including offshore, marine, tropical, humid and heavy dust loads.

The pockets are made from 100% thermally bonded synthetic media, which provides high dust holding capacity with the lowest pressure drop. This results in extended filter life at minimum energy / maintenance costs and maximum engine output.

Aerodynamically wedge-shaped, tubular separator design offers the lowest airflow resistance. Self supporting, rigid, leak-free, fully welded pockets are integrated in injection molded, impact proof PU headers giving a very high burst strength.

PRE-FILTERS AND COALESCING MEDIA (FILTER CLASS G2 TO G4 PER EN779)

FGI Filtrair offers a complete range of pre-filters and media in a variety of efficiencies, configurations and framing options.

The filters are designed to fit into existing filter systems with little or no modifications to the filter clipping arrangements. They are available in a number of sizes and designs to maximize the filter's useful lifetime in different operational conditions.

Pleated filtration products utilize 100% synthetic media made from an array of fiber sizes and thicknesses, which can be optimized for specific site conditions. The medium is framed and sealed in heavy duty, moisture resistant beverage board.

Coalescing media pads are made of either lofted spun fiberglass or acrylic nonwoven and are designed to fit into most existing framing systems.
