LAKOS HTX separators are high-performance liquid-solids separation systems. Their exclusive internal acceleration enables maximum protection of fluid handling systems from unwanted solids. The LAKOS HTX separator has been proven as the superior solution to today's demanding filtration requirements, removing 50% more finer solids (<40µm), resulting in higher aggregate solids removal.

LAKOS HTX separators offer a range of benefits, including trouble-free operation and advanced purging / solids-handling concepts to keep fluids clean and concentrate separated solids. There are no screens or filter elements to clean or replace and no backwashing. A choice of profiles is offered to accommodate space and piping limitations.

Pfeffer Filtertechnik supplies a range of products from Valve and Filter (VAF), including V-Series automatic self-cleaning screen filters, which are typically used in cooling towers, ground water, industry process water, micro irrigation and pre-filtration, among other applications.

V-Series automatic self-cleaning screen filters feature simple controls and have no electric motors, gear boxes, limit switches or pistons, resulting in the lowest flushing flow rates, greater cleaning efficiencies and lower maintenance requirements. They are manufactured in stainless steel and feature a patented cleaning system that guarantees backflushing efficiency with minimum consumption.

Automatic disc filters

Disc filtration is one of the areas that AZUD is most committed to developing. Pfeffer Filtertechnik supplies AZUD automatic disc filters to a variety of clients in the power industry. AZUD HELIX automatic filters offer complete autonomy thanks to the optimised integration of all its components. With the mechanism developed by AZUD, backflushings are made sequentially so only one station works in backflushing mode while the rest continue in filtering mode.

AZUD automatic disc filters are easy to install and are delivered completely assembled, which dramatically reduces labour costs.
