Boulder, Colorado, USA -June 1, 2006 --VAIREX corporation, a leading developer of high technology air management systems, announced today the hiring of Jeffrey Hansen as Chief Financial Officer.
VAIREX CEO Ski Milburn said, "Jeff is a proven executive with a successful track record of fundraising and financial management during rapid growth periods. He is adding a great deal of capability and professionalism to VAIREX as we ramp up to mass production."
Mr. Hansen was previously Vice President of Finance of Encorp, Inc of Windsor, Colorado, a distributed-power generation solutions provider. Prior to that he was Vice President of Finance of Pegasus Technologies LLC of Denver, Colorado and Cleveland, Ohio, a leading provider of software for combustion optimization for the electric power industry, and Chief Financial Officer and Controller of KFx Inc., a publicly-held clean-coal technology company. Prior to that he was with the Denver office of the international public accounting firm Deloitte & Touche.
