Mr. Hansen was previously Vice President of Finance of Encorp, Inc of Windsor, Colorado, a distributed-power generation solutions provider. Prior to that he was Vice President of Finance of Pegasus Technologies LLC of Denver, Colorado and Cleveland, Ohio, a leading provider of software for combustion optimization for the electric power industry, and Chief Financial Officer and Controller of KFx Inc., a publicly-held clean-coal technology company. Prior to that he was with the Denver office of the international public accounting firm Deloitte & Touche.
