HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS

Dongjin M P Tech has successfully developed a broad variety of hydraulic cylinders, which are an import-substitute for the country. Incorporating its own technology, Dongjin M P Tech has designed and manufactured a large hydraulic cylinder, for which Dongjin M P Tech has been awarded a quality certificate from the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy (MOCIE). The criterion for the reliability certificate for the hydraulic cylinder was based on the Product Liability (PL), ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

The main function of the hydraulic cylinder is producing linear motion and force by using pressurised hydraulic fluid. Generally, the hydraulic cylinder powers industrial machines. The hydraulic cylinder is able to form metals or other materials at a very high force with a relatively small supply of highly pressurised fluid.

STEAM PIPES

Our range of main and reheat steam pipes is extensively used in power generating units. Dongjin M P Tech manufactures steam pipe products such as forged main steam pipes (deep-hole machining). The company manufactures main steam valves and main steam pipes. We also repair main steam pipes. Components such as main steam pipes and reheat steam pipes are vital to power generating units. If operated at high temperatures, it may lead to steam pipe failure representing one of the most severe safety issues in power plants. Steam pipes with longitudinal seam welds are used in reheat steam pipes. They may also be found in some sections of main steam pipes.

BOILER TUBES

Dongjin M P Tech manufactures main and reheat steam pipes for power generation units. We are highly experienced in dealing with boiler tube failures. Generally, there are two common types of boiler tube: fire-tube boiler tubes and water-tube boiler tubes.

A water-tube boiler tube features a circulating water system that enables the boiler tube to be heated externally by fire. Water-tube boiler tubes are used for high-pressure boiling requirements.

A fire-tube boiler tube is designed to allow hot gases from the fire to pass through one or more tubes within the boiler. The fire-tube boiler tube can be either horizontally or vertically oriented. STEAM HEADERS

Dongjin M P Tech also manufactures steam headers for power generation units. A typical industrial boiler house is equipped with multiple boilers and each boiler may use a different fuel, or a combination of fuels may be burned in a single boiler. All these boilers are generally connected to a steam header. The steam header may have several users, including turbine generator sets, compressors and more then one industrial process.

The steam generators such as boilers, turbines and pressure reducing stations vary from one another. The energy balance signal is a non-interacting demand for total energy to be supplied from all of the steam generators to the steam header. The steam header is adjusted to the production level. The control system compensates for the uneven energy source to the steam header. The steam header is designed for pressure controlling using DEB system.
