All designs and documentation are computer-aided with a dedicated in-house design and purchasing team, ensuring that only correctly matched components of the finest quality are delivered to our shop floor. CTM operates an in-house documented supplier system to ensure material traceability.
The majority of all CTM-fabricated items have mill carts and are delivered laser-profiled to ensure high tolerances of sub-assembled components. During manufacture, assembly and testing, all parts are checked and re-checked to ensure the finest possible finished product. All equipment is fully dry-tested prior to despatch, where applicable.
CTM personnel are regularly trained and operate a comprehensive health and safety policy, sub-contractors vetting policy and an environmental policy. CTM also operates ISO 9001:2008 quality management system and is an equal opportunities employer. All equipment is supplied with a comprehensive operator’s manual.
