OVERHEAD ELECTRIC CRANES (EOT CRANES)

The company manufactures light-, medium- and heavy-duty Overhead Electric Cranes (EOT) cranes. As per Indian standard specifications 807 and 3177, out EOT cranes are divided in to four classes: light-duty, medium-duty, heavy-duty and extra heavy-duty. Light Lift-branded EOT cranes are in high demand worldwide.

CHAIN PULLEY BLOCKS (MANUAL HOISTS)

Light Lift specialises in manufacturing chain pulley blocks for use in material handling processes. Our pulleys are manufactured with a steel body framework and hook structure that enable full mobility and absorbs the shock of load rotation. These are designed on heavy steel forgings and feature a load chain made of 80-grade steel.

The chain is tested and calibrated as per IS3109-P-11. The chain pulley block is equipped with a load wheel made from heavy-duty alloy steel castings. It is also equipped with a 30-grade hand chain, alloy steel gears that are duly hardened for longer life and a self-sustained disc type automotive positive load brake system.

ELECTRIC WIRE ROPE HOISTS

Light Lift can manufacture electric wire rope hoists with a capacity ranging from 0.25t to 20t. Light Lift electric wire rope hoists are suitable for medium and heavy-duty operations. The hoists are designed and constructed via a modular approach, ensuring that each component remains easily accessible for maintenance purposes. The rope drum, gearbox, motor, brake and panel can be easily inspected. The frame is fabricated from welded or bolted steel plates.

HYDRAULIC PALLET EQUIPMENT

Our new hydraulic pallet equipment range is in high demand. We manufacture high capacity hydraulic high / hand pallet trucks and hydraulic scissor lift tables. The capacity of our pallet trucks range from 1 to 5t. Higher truck capacities are also available on request.

METAL BODY AND PISTON TYPE (PT) OILCANS

The company manufactures, exports and supplies excellent quality oilcans with different functionalities. Light Lift's oilcans come in a range of user-specified styles. These oilcans contain either steel or brass pumps for a range of applications. We also manufacture metal-bodied Piston Type (PT) oilcans, which are equipped with pressure pumps, flexible spouts and rigid spouts.

CUTTING TOOLS - MICRO CUTTERS, CIRCLIP PLIERS, CABLE CUTTERS

The company is specialised in manufacturing cutting tools such as wire cutters, wire strippers, nippers, pliers and shears. These sturdy tools are finished in black zinc. Light Lift's other cutting tools include micro cutters, circlip pliers, cable cutters, long nose pliers, micro shears, hand operating crimping tools and the micro cutter deluxe- MCDX.

In 1996 the company established Nagpal Marketing, a marketing unit designed to market hand tools for electrical and electronics industries across India. While Nagpal manages domestic sales, Light Lift concentrates on selling to the international market.
