AIR-SONIC is an international supplier of products in the fields of air and noise emissions of stationary and marine engines. Our scope of supply includes exhaust silencers, vent silencers, air-intake silencers, catalysts, soot filters, canopies, noise insulated containers, and heat-exchangers.

INDUSTRIAL SILENCERS FOR DIESEL AND GAS-ENGINES

A wide range of standard silencers for exhaust gas and air-intake applications are available from stock. Due to our advanced engineering experience we also provide short-term tailor made solutions. Applications we supply for include marine engines, CHP, emergency gen-sets, boilers and containerized engines.

Silencers are manufactured in:

CATALYSTS AND SOOT FILTERS FOR DIESEL AND GAS-ENGINES

Our highly-efficient methods of manufacturing catalysts allows short delivery times (less than three weeks) and a very flexible determination of catalysts which are based on using metal as substrate.

Catalysts can be installed in either a stand-alone housing in any kind and size to be put in an exhaust pipe system, or into the head of a silencer, or into the head of a heat exchanger. Our customers benefit from receiving the complete units from one supplier only.

NOISE-INSULATED CONTAINERS FOR CHPS AND MOBILE GEN-SETS

For mobile CHPs and gen-sets (engines, compressors or turbines) AIR-SONIC supplies tailor-made noise insulated containers in all ISO-sizes starting from 10in, 20in, 30in, 40in and special sizes up to 16m length, 3.2m width and 3.5m height.

Fully noise insulated newly built containers to reduce noise levels as per customer requirement. All openings, location and number of doors, attachments are made to according customer design.

CANOPIES FOR STATIONARY ENGINES OR COMPRESSORS

For reduction of noise from various sources coming from stationary engines, or compressors, or other machinery canopies are designed and manufactured to suit individual applications.

AIR-SONIC is neither limited to size nor materials. Canopies can be made as one unit (smaller sizes) or in a modular way to enable easy shipment and installation.
