RANGE OF VENTILATION PRODUCTS

Robertson ThermoVent offers the Zefyr range of smoke ventilation systems that are engineered by computer selection to be effective and reliable.

Industrial ventilation covers products such as roof ventilators, louvres Brise Soleil and other bespoke design services that would develop project specific ventilation systems.

Solar shading with the Zefyr range of louvred solar shading includes both the standard and Smoothflow profiles.

Robertson Thermovent provides a comprehensive product that delivers aesthetical value as well as cost savings in deflecting solar gain. System architectural louvres have an exceptional aerodynamic and weathering characteristic while forming an excellent finish to any building.

LOWLINE TURBO VENTILATORS

The IVR lowline turbo ventilators with their rotating heads, are powered by cost-free air, and boost the natural up-flow of hot and contaminated air. The Typhonic ball bearing action enables the slightest motion of air to rotate the turbo head. Suction and discharge are maintained with the centrifugal force caused by the freely revolving head creating a vacuum. Warm air rushes up to fill this vacuum and is expelled into the outside atmosphere, even in low wind conditions.

The TORNADO ventilator is recommended for cyclonic areas. Turbo ventilators are ideal for the general ventilation of factories, schools, public buildings, farm buildings and houses.

• Stainless steel thrust bearing models LTV-400 to 1200 self-lubricating bearings (models LTV-150 to LTV-350)
• Double top cap ensures permanent alignment
• Unique inverted cap design
• Corrugated roll formed vanes provide strength, rigidity, positive airflow and durability from Typhonic® roller bearing system, housing precision upper and lower bearings
• Excludes dust, grit and foreign matter and retains unique lubrication in a fully replaceable unit.
• Fabricated from high strength Zincalume (standard) galvanised steel, aluminium, stainless steel or copper.
• To prevent loss or damage in high winds LTV-450 to LTV-1200 have a locked on rotor mechanism, lock tabs and band combined with a polyurethane locating collar LTV-150 to LTV-400.
• The standard finish coat is two-pack polyurethane (brilliant silver)

All colour bond colours can be supplied as an extra in a two pack polyurethane coating system.

BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS WITH FUME EXTRACTION

Robertson Thermovent delivers a holistic approach to fume, corrosive and hazardous chemical ventilation.

System design includes integrating building management systems with fume extraction to ensure an optimum balance of air-conditioning and that indoor air quality is met.

Packages typically include controllers, ductwork, scrubbers, filters and fume cupboards. These include a complete range of laboratory environmental products such as fume hoods, controllers for lab air balancing and monitoring laboratory ducting systems and extractor fans capable of handling aggressive gases.
