CONTRACTUAL SERVICE AGREEMENT

Our contractual service agreement incorporates all maintenance inspections and parts and can be expanded to include component overhaul. The agreement allows the customer to pre-plan all overhaul work and include it in a fixed monthly payment. Installation and operation of data collection equipment to allow preventative maintenance procedures to be applied. Extended warranty contracts are also available.

GAS TURBINE SYSTEMS UPGRADES

Our control system upgrades include in-house control system design, PLC control systems, multi-fuel control systems and control system replacement or upgrade. Other services include start system conversions, remote monitoring upgrades and Scada systems, site surveys and reports as well as training courses in-house or at customers' facility.

OVERHAUL AND TESTING CAPABILITIES

Dale Power Solution can offer turbine overhaul and comprehensive testing in purpose built facilities of most rages of turbines up to 20MW. Dale offer removal from customers sites, overhaul and site re commissioning usually within six to eight weeks, we can also offer in many cases exchange or lease units.

Dale Power Solutions also offer overhaul or retro fit of alternators, accessory drive components, skid components and control systems.

SERVICES AND SPARE PARTS

A fleet of exchange equipment and units, are available should a customer's overhaul time frame not allow for the overhaul of its own equipment. The exchange units available include Saturn, Centaur and Taurus.

All units can be configured as required by customer needs. We also have exchange power turbines, accessory and reduction gearboxes, as well as ancillary package parts such as fuel controls, pumps, motors and PLC controls cards.

TURBINE PACKAGE REFURBISHMENT

• Generator, compressor and mechanical drive

• Skids are disassembled and all components and wiring removed to bare metal, repainted, rewired and all plumbing replaced
• All components on the skid are repaired or replaced with newly overhauled assemblies and tested
