Esscano Power industrial dampers are a leading force in the international industrial market. Our products include high specification flue gas, diesel, bio-diesel, boiler, petrochemical, offshore, cement and gas turbine damper and diverter systems. With many years of experience, we offer unique damper designs that are specific to your needs with comprehensive installation and operating information.

Esscano Dampers can be produced to deal with temperatures from -80°C to +1,100°C, seal tightness of up to 100% with or without sealing air and can be operated pneumatically, electrically, manually and hydraulically with actuators manufactured by your preferred supplier.

Special manufacturing standards, including A.S.M.E, ATEX, or specific contractual requirements, can also be accommodated. We also offer services such as consultancy on the application, design and maintenance of the equipment; as well as training for your personnel.

DAMPER AND TURBINE SERVICES

Our well respected service capability has been providing innovative engineering solutions for rotating and reciprocating machinery to the power generation industry for many years. Esscano Power Services can supply a complete range of engineering services and our aim is to provide the best possible support and customer service.

We regularly complete inspections and surveys to steam turbines and associated equipment. Working with our customers we will provide a recommended work scope and build in any specific repairs or other detail that you may require. On completion of the inspection, an inspection report is prepared that identifies the current status of the machine and any remedial work, together with any recommended spares for future inspections.

Esscano Power Services can provide tailor-made maintenance contracts to meet your requirements. Our contracts automatically include an emergency contact facility should you need to contact us outside of normal office hours.

PREDICTIVE AND PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

Our highly skilled engineers are also very experienced in assessing the condition of steam turbines and auxiliary equipment. Using our expertise and specialist equipment, including vibration analysis, thermal imaging cameras and borescope inspections, it is sometimes possible to identify potential problems prior to the breakdown occurring. This can enable our customers to plan for corrective maintenance to be carried out at times convenient to plant operation. Regular maintenance and servicing can not only ensure higher reliability of the operational equipment, but can optimise output efficiency with improved production profitability and peace of mind.
