Power plant engineering, procurement and construction

We support plant developers, owners, financiers and equipment manufacturers, providing integrated solutions for constructing cogeneration, simple cycle and combined cycle power facilities. Using a modular design strategy, we deliver turnkey engineering, procurement and construction services (EPC), on time and on budget. We also supply an extensive range of new, serviceable and refurbished power generation packages and ancillary equipment.

Operations and maintenance

EthosEnergy provides comprehensive third party operations and maintenance (O&M) services for power plant owners. Both new and existing facilities are managed under a care, custody and control philosophy where scope typically consists of initial mobilisation, daily operations and routine, preventative and predictive maintenance. Service standards are ensured through implementation of core processes developed from in-depth industry experience and technical knowledge.

We provide a range of flexible agreements to align with your operational needs through term maintenance agreements (TMA), master services agreements (MSA), rotable exchange services and transactional services.

We provide a comprehensive suite of capital parts solutions and component repair services, for hot gas path, combustion and fuel nozzles including consumables for Siemens SGT-600, GE® 6B, GE 7EA/B, GE 7FA+e, GE 9E/EA and more. With in-house capabilities, a full workshop and in-field overhaul, EthosEnergy has the experience to address and meet the challenges that are unique to your power plant operations.

Our extensive inventory includes EthosEnergy's advanced parts manufacture (APM) and new OEM parts. We deliver value-added services to improve the performance and reliability of you gas and steam turbines.
