Wood Group GTS, part of international energy services company John Wood Group (Wood Group), has been awarded a multi-year gas turbine accessories contract worth approximately $10 million by the US Navy, Naval Inventory Control Point (NAVICP) Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, US.

Under the contract Wood Group GTS will be responsible for the provision of repairs to various GE LM2500 gas turbines accessories, including butterfly valves, solenoid valves and air starters. Timely delivery of these accessories is critical to this contract to ensure US Navy assets are available to support scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
