Score Energy was established over 15 years ago as an independent supplier of gas turbine components and services. The company specialises in the overhaul and repair of gas generators and associated equipment.

Since inception our vision has been to go beyond OEM procedures and tolerances which we see as only representing a minimum standard. GAS TURBINE FUEL SYSTEMS AND ACCESSORIES

Unique OEM approvals and the latest aero-derivative service facilities allow Score Energy to provide a rapid and unparalleled service. Score are the only company in the world approved by the fuel nozzle manufacturer Parker Hannifin and the engine manufacturer GE to carry out overhaul, testing, repair and GE service bulletin upgrades on the complete range of LM gas turbine fuel nozzles.

Score Energy also provides the world's only approved LM Dry Low Emission (DLE) pre-mixer service centre. We only utilise OEM parts and procedures, thus providing maximum performance and lifespan whilst retaining engine warranty. We also process a wide range of accessories such as lube and scavenge pumps, flow divider valves, thrust balance control valves, bleed valves, fuel manifolds, fuel valves and regulators, VSV / IGV actuators, etc.

As well as being approved by Siemens for their light industrial turbine fuel burners and accessories, we can also support Rolls-Royce equipment.

We carry an extensive stock of fuel nozzles and accessories which are available for immediate exchange or supply and considerable stocks of spare parts, ensuring turn-around times for repair and overhauls are kept to a minimum.

GAS GENERATOR OVERHAUL AND REPAIR

Score Energy provides a complete overhaul and repair service for Avon gas generators, including, where necessary, lease engine / service exchange support. We have invested in a new purpose-built facility which incorporates the latest technologies and machinery, which, along with the meticulous training of our staff, ensures the high quality of our work.

All work is carried out to procedures and tolerances which meet or exceed OEM specifications. State-of-the-art multi-plane and single-plane 'hard bed' balancing machines, and innovative modifications unique to Score Energy, allow for improved time between overhaul and lower cost of ownership. We also have a large, dedicated, component repair facility.

• The only Siemens-approved overhaul / repair facility in the world, apart from Siemens' in the UK
• The only OEM-approved overhaul facility in the world for the Parker manufactured fuel burners on the Allison range of gas turbines
