TMS and its employees have a broad range of experience in the area of turbine services and design and installation of new turbines. Our know-how ranges from calculation, design, manufacturing, erection, commissioning and after sales service.

WORKSHOP FACILITIES AT TMS

We have facilitates the overhaul of hydraulic components and a test bench for a hydraulic controller. Other services include the manufacture of labyrinth stripes as well as surface refinement, and heat treatment. Our workshop machinery consists of CNC milling machines, CNC lathe machines, plus drilling, grinding and cutting machines.

BLADING AND BALANCING OF SIEMENS MP-ROTOR

• 100MW Siemens steam turbine (three casing) of RWE power plant Goldenberg by Cologne
• Dismantling and blading of row 19-24
• Reverse engineering of blades and shrouds
• Machining of grooves
• High speed balancing with over speed test
• Timesheet, inspection and test plan, documentation, material and balancing protocols
• Time frame: seven to eight weeks

With our expertise of Steam Turboset, we offer inspection of the turbine and gear condition of the AEG-Kanis turbine, preparation of transport with disassembly to transportable units and disassembly of the turbine rotor.
