Service and maintenance is an increasing part of our business. We offer an extensive range of aftermarket services, including sales of spare parts, long-term service agreements, overhaul, repair and leasing of gas turbines, aircraft engines and components.

GAS TURBINE TESTING, SPARE PARTS SUPPLY AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT

We have grown into a full-service partner for hundreds of gas turbine operators around the world. Our service offering for gas turbine operators comprises all maintenance levels. You select from a complete product programme covering repair and overhaul, including gas turbine testing, spare parts supply, technical support service, field service, operational support and training.

Our maintenance workshops for industrial and marine gas turbines have all the resources and well-established quality assurance systems required offering cost-effective and reliable maintenance. Here we also have the high-level skills necessary for technical upgrades and development of repair methods, a field in which our lead is such that our competitors come to us for assistance.

AUTHORISED MAINTENANCE CENTRE FOR INDUSTRIAL GAS TURBINES

We are an authorised maintenance centre for a number of industrial gas turbines including:

• General Electric LM1600
• Dresser-Rand DR990 (for which we have OEM responsibility)
• Volvo Aero's range of gas turbines

Consequently, our experience covers many types of application within the areas of combined heat and power generation (CHP), mechanical drive and marine propulsion.

LM1600 MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND OVERHAUL

In 1992 we became a level 5 authorised overhaul and repair centre for the LM1600 gas turbine and today we provide services to support LM1600 operators in all parts of the world. We offer complete overhauls and repairs on the LM1600 gas turbine and its package systems, including repair of components, overhaul and testing of accessories and final testing of the complete gas turbine at our facilities. In addition, our experienced LM1600 field service engineers perform a wide range of work scopes from standard inspections to heavy repairs in the field. Naturally we take full responsibility for the quality, delivery and lead-time of the work that is performed.

We also offer standard maintenance contracts of varying scopes and levels, covering from regular inspections to total responsibility for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance including an availability guarantee with access to lease engines to minimise operational down-time. Naturally, we also design maintenance schemes to suit an individual operator's requirements.
