SERVICES FOR LIGHT INDUSTRIAL, AERO-DERIVATIVE AND HEAVY INDUSTRIAL GAS TURBINES

From dedicated facilities around the world, we offer comprehensive service solutions for operators of Siemens/Alstom and Solar light industrial gas turbines; General Electric, Alstom (ABB), SiemensWestinghouse, Mitsubishi and Fiat heavy industrial gas turbines; and, through our joint ventures, Rolls Wood Group, TransCanada Turbines and Wood Group Pratt & Whitney, we support Rolls-Royce, General Electric and Pratt & Whitney industrial aero-derivative gas turbines. Our services include engine overhaul and testing; field service; accessory, component and fuel system repair; supply of new, refurbished and APM® (Advanced Parts Manufacture) parts; package refurbishment; engine exchange; rotor repair; field service and technical support; operations and maintenance; and the provision of packaged maintenance solutions.

SERVICES FOR STEAM TURBINES

We support steam turbines from 50MW to 1,000MW from our field service and component repair facilities in the US and UK. Our field service personnel provide major overhaul, inspection, outage, maintenance, relocation and installation services. We also have rotor repair facilities in the US.

GENERATOR SERVICES

We support high voltage electrical generators, both turbo and hydro, used in the power generation and industrial markets. Services include repair and rewind of generators and HV motors, shop- and site-based emergency and scheduled services, rotor and stator rebuilds and maintenance, coil manufacture, and outage management.

SERVICES FOR HIGH-SPEED ROTATING EQUIPMENT

Our rotating equipment service centres in the US, UK, Venezuela and Dubai provide repair, overhaul and test services for gas turbines and other high-speed rotating equipment, including pumps, compressors and power turbines.

CONTROLS SERVICES

We offer control systems upgrades, services and condition monitoring for gas turbines, steam turbines, hydro turbines and reciprocating engines. Services for industrial and marine operators range from servicing existing controls to turnkey control system replacement and commissioning.

FIELD SERVICES & TECHNICAL SUPPORT

We provide complete maintenance, repair and installation services on a worldwide basis for all forms of turbo-machinery, including gas turbines, steam turbines, reciprocating engines, generators, pumps and compressors. POWER SOLUTIONS & EPC SERVICES

We work in partnership with our customers to develop their power generation facilities, and provide turnkey EPC services, including engineering, design, erection and installation of balance of plant equipment and gas turbine generators, for both simple cycle and combined cycle power plants. We can also offer used power generation packages and CHP plant for sale.
