Wood Group Fuel Systems, Inc and Duap Ag Sign agreement to Jointly Serve the North American Diesel Fuel Injection Market

Wood Group Fuel Systems, Inc. (WGFS) located in East Windsor, Connecticut, USA, part of the Gas Turbine Services division of John Wood Group PLC ("Wood Group"), and DUAP AG of Herzogenbuchsee, Switzerland, have signed an agreement to jointly serve the diesel fuel injection markets in North America, Canada and Mexico.
Under the agreement, WGFS will sell DUAP-manufactured fuel injection systems and components, such as nozzles, plunger and barrels and pump elements, for diesel engines with power output of 500kw and above operated in the marine, traction, gas compression and power generation industries.
Tom Watson, WGFS VP Sales and Marketing, said: "This agreement is highly advantageous for WGFS, DUAP and our customers. It gives WGFS the scope to not only offer a more comprehensive range of services to our existing client base in the power, gas compression and marine markets, but also enables us to provide solutions to customers in new markets."
