MS Flange manufactures and exports a broad range of flanges for the worldwide pipeline industry. Over the last 32 years the company has become one of the largest manufacturers and exporters of carbon / stainless steel plates and flanges. Our products are manufactured to DIN, BS, AWWA, API, JIS and IS standards.

PLATE, FORGED AND STEEL FLANGES

MS Flange's plate flanges are made in accordance with client requirements and, where possible, with reference to the client's design drawings.

We manufacture plate, forged, mild steel, carbon steel and stainless steel flanges. These flanges are divided into a number of functionality groups, including weld neck, blind and threaded socket-weld lap joint, slip-on, back up, raised face, orifice and forged flanges.

Our forged flanges and rings are built to international standards and cater for the needs of our wide-ranging global client base. MS Flange can design and produce flanges and rings in all sizes ensuring that our products are suitable for use in all types of pipe connections.

We have recently entered the flange export market and have received many orders from across the globe. The high-tech nature of our production machinery means that we are well equipped to meet this rising level of demand. The company uses different materials for the construction of these flanges, including mild steel IS 2062, carbon steel ASTM A - 105, IS 2002 and stainless steel ASTM.

MS Flange also has a developing reputation as a fittings manufacturer. We produce Buttweld Forged Steel Elbows (1.5D) and Bends (3D), in sizes ranging from 0.5in to 12in. We also manufacture forged carbon steel fittings in sizes of 0.5in to 6in for high pressures of 3,000lbs / 6,000lbs in union, coupling, elbow, tee, nipple and reducer types. These fittings are made to ANSI B 16.11 standards.
