EXHAUST SYSTEMS

Braden provides exhaust silencers, bypass stacks, expansion joints, exhaust diffusers, diverter dampers, exhaust stacks, ductwork, stack dampers, and CO / SCR systems. INLET SYSTEMS

AIR FILTER HOUSING

Braden offers a complete line of inlet air treatment components, as well as comprehensive inlet air treatment systems. Our system products include two-stage barrier filters, pulse filter systems, anti-icing systems, intake cooling systems, evaporative coolers, and chiller coils.

RETROFIT / AFTERMARKET

Braden's retrofit strengths are divided into two categories: manufacture of products and supply of professional services. Our products include inlet plenums, inlet ducts and silencers, filter houses, inlet air cooling, anti-icing, filter elements, exhaust plenums, exhaust diffusers, exhaust ducts, stacks, silencers, and exhaust dampers.

Our services include construction (demolition and installation) by Williams Industrial Services, exhaust plenum upgrade, technical evaluations, technical analysis, on-site supervision, commissioning, and filter replacement.

FILTER ELEMENTS

Braden is uniquely qualified to provide our own complete line of inlet air treatment components. Braden has a large stock of inventory to meet your filter needs and can typically ship an order within a day. Braden offers pre-filters (PFS-4, PFS-4B, PFS4P), coalescer (CLS-2G), barrier (TriCel), self cleaning cartridges (ExCel), and static cartridge (SC).

INLET AIR COOLING

The cooler the air, the more dense it becomes. Braden designs and manufactures two types of inlet air cooling equipment: pad style evaporative coolers and chiller coils. Our chiller coils use mechanical chillers, absorption chillers, and / or thermal energy storage (ice harvesting). Evaporative coolers and chiller coils are available to provide cooling of the inlet air to improve the overall efficiency of the gas turbine cycle.
