CABLE TRAYS AND ACCESSORIES

They include ladder-type and perforated cable trays with a complete set of accessories, such as vertical and horizontal bends, crosses and tees, coupler plates and fasteners.

The raw materials used in the cable trays is procured from various steel plants of repute like SAIL and TISCO. Inar adopts the latest manufacturing processes and its entire range of cable trays is galvanised through hot-dip galvanization to eliminate the risks of corrosion.

CABLE TRAY SUPPORT-STRUT CHANNELS

Cable tray support-strut channels act as support system to the cable trays. They are available in the form of brackets, clamps, C-sections, etc. suited for various purposes. Inar produces cable tray support-strut channels through cold roll forming process which guarantees the necessary strength to support the cable trays and accessories.

ROLL-FORMED PRODUCTS

Roll-formed products have high tensile strength and are widely used in the construction industry. Inar's roll-formed products include Z-purlins, which are used as overhead support members.

Roll-forming creates uniformity in dimensions and close tolerances. Roll formed products can be produced in unlimited lengths and at high speeds, leading to economies of scale. Coupled with these advantages and Inar's quality manufacturing, its Z-purlins have attracted a strong reputation amongst domestic and international customers.

Z-PURLINS

Inar's Z-purlins have 70% more yield strength than the virgin yield strength of the material. This amount of strength increase is unique to the cold roll-forming process and is not possible with other processes. Cold roll-forming at Inar is carried out strictly adhering to international quality standards.

Z Purlins are produced in various sizes for conveying a range of loads. Z Purlins produced through cold roll forming process are also easy to assemble, adjustable, reusable and easily dismountable. In addition to Z Purlins, Inar uses cold roll forming process to produce C-sections used in cable tray supports-strut channels.
