Euromisure is a leading company in the design and manufacture of temperature and flow measuring instruments for application in power generation, desalination, petrochemicals and in any other production complex.

Design - A highly skilled technical staff, a constant updating of reference standards such as ASME, ANSI, UNI, DIN, IEC and BS, together with the calculation systems we have developed, make Euromisure a partner capable of co-operating with the customers with regard to the design, sizing, calculation and the choice of materials and solutions for every application need.

Flexibility - Typical of Euromisure is its extremely flexible organisation and productive structure, capable of reacting quickly to the different needs of the customer.

Service - Euromisure utilise management support and AUTOCAD drawing programs in order to supply products complete with all the necessary documentation, from drawings to calculation sheets, test procedures and certification.

Quality - All company activities are carried out according to the Quality Assurance Manual, which is in conformity with ISO 9001 standards. Euromisure is also equipped to carry out electrical and hydraulic test, dimensional checks and some NDE test. The company has been accredited to the UNI EN ISO 9001 standard by Det Norske Veritas.

INDUSTRIAL THERMOMETRY

The choice of qualified suppliers of mineral oxide cables and platinum sensors, together with an accurate and functional production cycle, are the basis of a quality product of high long-term reliability.

The range of Euromisure sensors consists of:

• Mgo Thermocouples and RDT's
• Thermowells from bar-stock or pipe
• Skin point thermocouples
• Multiple thermocouples and RTD's for reactor and tanks temperature measurement
• Thermocouple with ceramic well for temperatures up to 1700°C
• RTD's for bearings' temperature measurements
• "Knife Edge" thermocouples 12.7 mm (Heavy wall thickness)

For the installation in refineries or classified areas, Euromisure supplies explosion-proof sensors with relevant Eexd certification. All thermometric assemblies can also be supplied complete with a 4-20 mA head mounted temperature transmitter (fixed field, PC-programmable or smart/hart type).

FLOW ELEMENTS

Euromisure designs and manufactures a full range of primary flow measurement elements. These consist of:

• Orifice plates
• Orifice plates assemblies
• Annular chamber measurement sets
• Meter run from 1/2" to 1-1/2"
• Flow nozzles
• Venturi tubes
• Multistage Pitot tubes (Flo-Tec)
• One step pressure reducing orifice
• Multiple step pressure reducing orifice

Thanks to its highly skilled technical personnel and production capability, Euromisure is also capable of designing and building special flow meters, such as:

• High pressure integral Venturi tubes up to ANSI 2500 rating
• Meter run and Venturi tubes with GRAYLOCK and SECURAMAX couplings for offshore and petrochemical installation
• ISPESL and IBR certified flow meters

All flow meters can be subjected, on request, to test and inspections such as dimensional check by third part inspection, liquid penetrant, ultrasonic, magnetic particle, radiographic and PMI. Furthermore, fiscal meters can be calibrated by approved international laboratories and supplied with the relevant calibration certificates.

STEAM AND WATER ANALYSIS

In addition to the above products and services, Euromisure can offer by it's sister company Eurosistemi, a complete range of solutions for sample conditioning and analysis system for a variety of applications in the power generation and desalination plants. Eurosistemi has taken a leading position in the design and manufacture of custom sampling and analysis system.

For every application, from a small HRSG or a co-generation plant up to a 660MW coal fired plant, Eurosistemi's expertise provides the most functional and easy to use system.
