Large parts of the power industry have for many years relied upon Weidmüller for the highest quality electrical connectivity. Many stations are still using our SAK terminals, even after 40 - 50 years!

The SAK-series is usable for every application and all cross-sections. Furthermore, SAK terminals fulfill the requirements of EN 60 947-7-1.

When it comes to functional perfection even in details, Weidmüller's W-Series continuously sets the market standards. W-Series terminals have convinced customers in major industries:

The W-Series provides the highest number of advantages (e.g. maximum safety level through WEMID insulation material) compared to all other screw-type connection terminals currently available.

INDUSTRY-ORIENTED OPTIONS WITH TENSION CLAMP CONNECTION TERMINALS

With the power industry in mind, Weidmüller has introduced tension clamp connections for many products, e.g. our Z-Series terminals, as an option to the patented screw-clamp connection featured in our classic SAK and extensive W-Series. Spring-loaded screw clamp terminals were also introduced to meet power industry standards, as were disconnect test terminals for power meters.

Whatever type of connection - Weidmüller supports every need with screw-type connection, tension-clamp technology and for the fastest connection of all, insulation displacement (IDC) technology in the I-series – all, of course, ATEX certified.

Weidmüller's Klippon® Terminal Box (TB) -Series of enclosures is especially suitable for harsh industrial environments and allows the creation of cost-efficient and versatile solutions for electrical connections.
