LOAD BANK RENTALS

ComRent provides, resistive, inductive and capacitive type load banks for rental or long term leasing for specific needs or projects. We can accommodate any voltage load bank from 0VDC - 1,000VDC, 0kVAC - 13.8kVAC with load capacities of 1kW to 50MW to test batteries, generators, rotary UPS, IPP start ups, nuclear plant EDGs, marine shipboard generators and numerous other technologies that may need to be load tested.

We specialize in certification and commissioning of data centres and the supply of a significant quantity of load banks with the ability to deliver such, while maintaining complete customer satisfaction. We rent everything necessary to put power systems to the test for everyone from independent testing companies to organizations that rely on back-up power systems directly like data centres, nuclear and fossil power plants, substation switchyards, ships, hospitals, offshore oil platforms and government and military agencies.

PORTABLE LOAD BANKS

Our 100kW portable load banks are a great solution for tough locations and can be paralleled on rooftop or upper works for loads exceeding 2MW. ComRent's medium voltage load banks connect directly at 4,160VAC and 13,800VAC eliminating step-down transformers, low voltage cables, and substantially reducing labor and freight cost. The medium voltage load banks allow tests up to 200MW without transformers. We are accepting the scheduling of rental / hire jobs at 3.3kV, 6.6kV, and 11kV for 2009.
