Dutchclamp® is a company based in the Netherlands that has specialised in the manufacturing of cable cleats, cable clamps and cable blocks for almost 30 years.

Non-metallic cable cleats

These non-metallic cable cleats are made of 30% glass-fibre-reinforced polyamide (PA) and meet the most stringent requirements for short-circuit-proof mounting of low, medium and high-voltage cables.

Cable cleats for oil and gas, utility, offshore and wind turbine applications

These top-quality cleats are used in more than 20 countries throughout the world. They are widely accepted in the oil and gas, utility, offshore and wind turbine markets.

Due to the specific composition of the raw material, in combination with the unique design, these cable cleats can withstand mechanical forces up to 68,800Nm. All cables can be quickly, easily and securely mounted.

The following types of Dutchclamp cable cleats are available.

Short-circuit-proof cable cleats

Dutchclamp SE-type cable cleats are used for the short-circuit-proof mounting of single and multi-conductor cables. They can be used for cables with diameters from 26mm up to 135mm.

Dutchclamp triple-type cable cleats are used for the short-circuit-proof mounting of single and multi-conductor cables in trefoil formation. They can be used for cables with diameters from 27mm up to 118mm. Our triple-type cable cleats are stackable, which saves installation space and mounting time.

IM-type cable blocks

Dutchclamp UNIFIX IM-type cable blocks are suitable for all applications requiring at least four cables with a diameter of 12mm up to 32mm or 32mm up to 48mm. The mounting holes are 13mm in diameter, allowing the all-thread to be extended with threaded rods at any desired location, thereby eliminating the possibility of damage when cables are installed in multiple layers.

The existing configuration can be expanded at any time, easily, simply and cost-effectively.

Mounting hardware for cable cleats

All the Dutchclamp cable cleats can be delivered with mounting hardware, in galvanised or stainless steel. We can also deliver pre-mounted clamps and blocks.
