The G60 earthing switch (72.5kV-550kV) can be used stand-alone, e.g. as bus bar earthing (145kV or higher), or mounted on disconnectors. Due to its modularity it can be mounted on most disconnectors from EB Elektro and other manufacturers. The earthing switch has a knee-joint design with tulip contact.
The G60 is tested according to IEC standards. It can be hand or motor operated, and can also be remotely operated.
Type TPF pantograph disconnector (145kV - 420kV / 2,000A - 3,150A) is originally a design from Sprecher & Schuh and has been produced in Norway since 1963. EB Elektro has further developed the disconnector with, among other things, movable contact adapters with silver-plated copper bushings, which results in less corrosion and lower contact resistance.
The TPF pantograph disconnector has been supplied on a large scale to both the Norwegian and the international markets. We can inspect and repair, as well as supply all spare parts to, disconnectors supplied from 1963 until today.
The quick break interrupting device (72kV - 170kV) can be mounted on new as well as existing vertical disconnectors from EB Elektro. It is suitable for breaking capacitive and inductive currents, e.g. lightly loaded overhead lines, cables, transformers and capacitor banks.
The MMB2000 operating mechanism for disconnectors and load disconnectors is applicable to all disconnectors that can be operated by a linear movement. The MMB2000 has an adjustable stroke length.
The MMB2000 can be operated from inside the cabinet, and also from remote. Manual operation is always possible by the use of a crank handle. Electrical operation is automatically blocked when the crank handle is in use.
MMB2000 can be supplied for all standard DC and AC voltages. The motor is protected by a thermal over current relay.
The motor mechanism (52kV - 550kV) is for local and remote operation of disconnectors and earthing switches.
The mechanism is constructed with a torque and a rotational angle suitable for vertical and horizontal disconnectors, both for single-pole and three-pole operation. The design makes it easy to adapt the electrical part to most requirements. The motor mechanism is maintenance-free, and is placed in an aluminium cabinet with a double roof and heating element to prevent condensation.
FMB is tested from +50°C to -54°C. The mechanism can be supplied for 24V-400V AC or DC motor and auxiliary supplies.
The indoor operating mechanism (IMB) (12kV - 72kV) is applicable to all types of indoor disconnectors and earthing switches. It has an axial movement of 95° eller 120°, and can be mounted both left and right.
The motor can be mounted on top or on the side, depending on spatial restrictions. The auxiliary switch is fixed to the motor and connected to terminal blocks. The IMB can be operated manually.
The ONIII disconnector has a flexible and modular design. The construction, based on earlier designs, fulfils requirements for the most exposed conditions, and has shown its durability through many years of maintenance-free operation. The ONIII disconnector is tested according to IEC standards. The disconnector has high tension point contacts. The movement of the switch effectively clears the contacts of any ice and corrosion coating.
The framework is made from hot galvanised square profiles. The bearing for the rotating isolator column is maintenance-free and consists of a stainless-steel shaft with a Tufcot radial bearing.
The disconnector is supplied according to international standards. Conducting parts are produced from high-grade aluminium alloys.
EB Elektro offers transmission equipment such as OPGW, feral liner / ACSR, and suspension equipment.
Porcelain insulators are available from 5kV to 550kV. Composite up to 420kV is also available.
EB Elektro supplies gantry towers, including mast, pillar and support.
Power / distribution / cast resin and special transformers are available from EB Elektro.
